The Effect of Development and Financial Performance of Sharia Bank on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction https://journal.afebi.org/index.php/aifer/article/view/716 <p>This study aims to determine the effect of development and financial performance of Islamic banks on service quality and customer satisfaction in Indonesia. The method used is inductive qualitative. This approach uses a qualitative approach that focuses on library research. Sources of data come from references from books, journ als, and related research. Data collection techniques use literature studies, expert books, and relevant scientific journals. Data analysis was carried out by searching, collecting and qualitatively comparing the various insights obtained. The research findings are carried out comprehensively and are related to various concepts and relevant literature studies. The results showed that the development of Islamic banks has a positive effect on service quality, financial performance has a positive effect on service quality, development of Islamic banks has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, financial performance has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion obtained is that the development of Islamic banks has a positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, financial performance has a positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.</p> Agustian Zen Nafwa Ayu Nazira Michael Aris Willson Salsabila Aninda Putri Saron Okavia Pangeswati Copyright (c) 2023 AFEBI Islamic Finance and Economic Review 2023-06-30 2023-06-30 8 1 1 12 Effectiveness of Indonesian Islamic Philanthropy E-payment: A Netnographic Study https://journal.afebi.org/index.php/aifer/article/view/736 <p>The best achievement of zakat institutions in fulfilling their duties as an organization is strongly influenced by several strategies for utilizing the latest technology. Electronic payment (e-payment) plays an important role in accelerating any institutional transaction. As we all know, there are various electronic payment systems that facilitate online buying and selling transactions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of zakat payment services through the Cinta Zakat application owned by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), this study uses a netnography method to analyze application user reviews through the Google Play store platform. Netnography is used to understand social interaction in the context of contemporary digital communication. The results of this study showed an analysis based on 69 user reviews of the Cinta Zakat application, including analysis of positive reviews, negative reviews, then comparison of reviews for effectiveness analysis. The percentage of 26.09% of positive reviews was shown by the aspect of ease of zakat payments through the application that users disclosed. Meanwhile, as many as 1.45% of the negative reviews were indicated by the aspects of login problems and OTP error codes.
